Steven Some, President

In 1981, Steve began his career in marketing and worked at growing the family business, a meeting planning and motivational travel company. Under his guidance as President of Incentive Connections Inc., the business grew to become a successful and respected travel organization. Steve led the logistical planning for the MPI Award winning launches of Forest Laboratories’ Lexapro (2002) and Namenda (2004). In 2004, Incentive Connections was acquired by TQ3 Navigant Performance Group where Steve was President managing day-to-day operations and developing new business. As President of IME Connect, Steve still thrives on managing the daily operations while maintaining existing client relationships and developing new business.

Steve holds a degree in marketing from Syracuse University. “Name a sport and I will compete at it….but, heli-skiing is on my bucket list”.

Carrie Naylor-Kraus, Vice President

Carrie has been in the meeting/travel industry since 1988 and has worked directly with all aspects of travel including food and beverage management for a corporate hotel, activities coordination for a resort property, sales administration for a destination management company and sales and operations management for incentive and meeting programs. As part of the IME Connect team, she has been vital in developing new business within the healthcare/ pharmaceutical, real estate, service and HVACR industries. Her driving passion in business is integrity and transparency with clients and vendors in order to deliver impactful programs that end with a “Wow!”

Carrie received a B.S. in Commercial Recreation and Tourism from Colorado State University. Away from work, she enjoys boating on Lake Hopatcong, hiking and long drives with her husband and dogs.

Helen Udall, Vice President

Helen has had long career in finance and sales. She joined the travel industry in 1999 and found her ability to be able to integrate her financial skills with her passion to provide great programs and service for her clients became a winning formula. As part of the IME Connect team, she has been vital in our financial operations as well as developing new business. Her combination of attention to detail, understanding the client needs along with her infectious personality have added up to many successful programs and loyal clients.

Helen graduated from Montclair State with an accounting degree. Helen is one of those people that goes through life with a smile on her face. She enjoys the beach, spending time with family, and has a passion for cooking and fine wine.

Tammy Capman, Vice President

Tammy has been in the travel industry since 1991 and has grown her career through a variety of travel-related positions. Her unique experience has made her a perfect fit for IME. Tammy prides herself on her level of customer service and attention to detail with a cheerleader attitude. She has developed dedicated relationships with clients that have worked with her for over a decade.

She has a degree in Travel & Tourism from Champlain College. She enjoys spending her weekends watching football with her “three boys”, she is a true sports fan!
